Job summary

White Tiger Connections is seeking a highly experienced Managing Director to establish and lead a new tax division for a wealth management platform serving RIAs and their clients. You will build workflows, pricing models, and a growing team of tax professionals, acting as a trusted advisor to RIA teams and clients.

The role requires CPA licensure and 7–10+ years of progressive tax experience in wealth management or serving high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications

• CPA license required or equivalent credential.
• 7–10+ years of progressive tax experience, preferably in wealth management or serving high-net-worth clients.
• Strong advisory and collaboration skills with RIA teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the tax division from the ground up with scalable processes and technology.
• Oversee preparation and review of 1040, 1041, 1120/1120-S, and 1065 returns with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide year-round tax advisory for high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Collaborate with RIA advisors to align tax strategies with client plans.
• Define service and pricing models for the tax offering and contribute to GTM strategy.
