Job summary

White Tiger Connections, a boutique, high-touch RIA based in Louisville, Kentucky, is building an in‑house tax practice to integrate with wealth management. They seek a Tax Manager as the founding member, with a seasoned CPA on-site to help the practice come together.

The role serves founders, executives, and retirees with complex returns and offers a clear path to senior leadership and ownership over time.

Qualifications

• CPA or EA required.
• 3–15 years tax experience in public accounting or wealth mgmt.
• Strong compliance background with complex returns.
• Passion for tax planning and advisory work.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership aspirations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary tax resource for high-net-worth clients across returns.
• Partner with wealth advisors on proactive tax planning and structuring.
• Collaborate with senior CPA on workflows, tech, and service standards.
• Attend client meetings, grow the client base and book of business.
• Research complex issues and provide well-reasoned solutions.
• Grow into a senior leadership role with ownership potential.
