The role demands strong judgment, risk management, and the ability to synthesize information quickly to design innovative turnaround solutions.

You will advise senior stakeholders, drive revenue outcomes, and lead multidisciplinary teams through high-stakes situations while maintaining rigorous performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10–15+ years in restructuring, turnaround advisory, investment banking, consulting, or distressed environments.

Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose distressed environments and craft actionable strategies.
• Lead development of cash flow forecasts, financial models, and restructuring scenarios.
• Influence boards, executives, lenders, creditors, and legal counsel with data-driven recommendations.
• Originate and win new engagements through market presence and credibility.
• Build and lead high-performing teams in high-pressure, time-sensitive engagements.
