Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in restructuring, turnaround advisory, investment banking, consulting, or distressed environments with escalating autonomy.
• Demonstrated success leading complex engagements independently and driving revenue growth.
• Strong comfort operating in ambiguous, high-pressure situations requiring rapid judgment.

Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose distressed environments and structure information into actionable strategies.
• Design and execute restructuring and turnaround solutions beyond traditional approaches.
• Lead development of cash flow forecasts, financial models, and restructuring scenarios.
