Job summary

Manos Software Group, part of Valsoft Corporation, is seeking a Managing Director to lead portfolio companies with full ownership and accountability. The role drives strategy, operations, and profitability across healthcare-adjacent verticals, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver sustained growth and value.

You will shape strategy, accelerate organic growth, and foster collaboration to execute business plans, while maintaining strong governance and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting or tech/software.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, economics, or related field.
• MBA is a strong asset.
• Experience as a business operations leader with a commercial, customer-centric and continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience in sales, customer service, and product development (R&D).
• Financial acumen (P&L, budget, forecast).
• People-centric leader with experience building and mentoring teams.
• Ability to mobilize people toward a common goal.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio strategy, operating model and product strategy across businesses.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive revenue and profitability.
• Oversee product roadmaps and technology alignment.
• Manage P&L and financial performance monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Build, coach and lead high-performing teams.
• Foster a culture of performance, collaboration and innovation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention across portfolio companies.
