Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Managing Director in the People & Transformation practice. You will lead change management, leader enablement, and employee engagement programs for multi-disciplinary teams guiding integration and transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• At least 10 years of experience in communications and transformations.
• Prosci or similar change management certification preferred.
• Ability to advise senior clients and manage complex programs.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client mandates as strategist, counselor and implementer.
• Coach and mentor teams; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop and execute change management and employee engagement programs.
• Monitor KPIs and manage multiple client accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and offerings.
