The MD is responsible for originating differentiated private credit opportunities targeting mid-teen gross IRR returns across industries and the capital structure.Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with sponsors, management teams, and intermediaries to generate proprietary deal flow; driving coverage strategy through CRM systems and structured outreach frameworks; and partnering with the investment team on underwriting, structuring, and executing investments. The role also involves generating actionable intelligence on portfolio company activity, liquidity needs, and recapitalization events.This is a senior market-facing role requiring a polished presence and credibility within the credit markets ecosystem.
