You will drive executive search, client partnerships, and business development with CEOs, boards, and leadership teams to deliver high-value outcomes.

The role emphasizes growth, strategy, and delivering measurable impact across the nonprofit sector.

Qualifications

10–15 years in executive search, talent consulting, or related fields.
Deep expertise in nonprofit and social impact sectors.
Experience with nonprofit associations and governance models (e.g., 501(c)(6) with affiliated 501(c)(3)).
Proven ability to build and grow revenue through client partnerships.
Trusted advisor to C-suite executives with exceptional communication.

Responsibilities

Lead executive search and consulting engagements with excellence and impact.
Drive growth by securing and closing mandates and building lasting client relationships.
Collaborate with peers on strategic priorities and service innovation.
Oversee forecasting, pipeline tracking, and client data management.
Guide Associates and teams to ensure quality deliverables and high performance.
