Job summary

DRG Consulting seeks a Consultant to contribute to diverse client engagements across Executive Search, Strategy and Growth, Team Culture and Organizational Design, and Collaborations and Partnerships. You will work with engagement leads, executives, boards, and stakeholders to research, analyze, and deliver insights that strengthen leadership and impact.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in business, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Strong research, interviewing, and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders.
• Proven project coordination and organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to client engagements across executive search, strategy, team culture, and partnerships.
• Assist with research, stakeholder engagement, analysis, and draft recommendations.
• Prepare client deliverables including reports, presentations, and summaries.
• Support planning sessions, leadership retreats, and board discussions; facilitate as appropriate.
• Maintain progress updates, manage risks, and coordinate meetings with engagement leads.
• Incorporate DEI&B principles into research and recommendations.
• Collaborate across service areas to strengthen client impact.
