Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield's Midwest multifamily management platform seeks a Director of Client Services to lead client relationships and drive regional growth. You will serve as the market expert, understand demand drivers, and partner with developers, ownership groups, and institutional investors to expand Cushman & Wakefield's multifamily portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of related multifamily midwest operations leadership, business development experience.
• Travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Be the local market expert – understand demand drivers in the MSA(s) from renter and investor perspectives.
• Be a product expert – understand apartment living trends in the MSA(s).
• Be a service expert – position Cushman & Wakefield to drive client value.
• Develop and nurture relationships with local developers, ownership groups and national institutional investors.
• Build and manage a pipeline of new multifamily property management prospects regionally.
• Complete underwriting and operating expense analysis for assets.
• Support leadership in growing the multifamily portfolio.
• Lead proposals and pitches to support regional growth.
• Coordinate with Cushman & Wakefield departments to prepare proposals, analytics, and materials.
