Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Managing Director for Managed Services Delivery & Experience to elevate the client journey across onboarding, transition and steady-state delivery. The role partners with senior leaders to drive governance, reporting and value realization across a multi-client portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in managed services, CPA/MBA preferred, and a proven ability to lead complex delivery, ensure quality outcomes and expand recurring engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in managed services, professional services, outsourcing or related field.
• Experience leading client experience, delivery governance and recurring services across multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of the Managed Services client experience strategy across onboarding, transition, delivery, governance, service reviews and expansion.
• Define and implement standards for client communication, meeting cadence, executive reporting, escalation management and value realization.
• Partner with delivery leadership to ensure engagements have clear roles, KPIs, SLAs and accountability.
• Influence across delivery, growth, operations, technology, offshore and executive stakeholders to improve scalability and client value.
