You will recruit, mentor, and develop advisors, driving practice growth and firm-wide initiatives while leveraging the firm's infrastructure and brand strength.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available).
• Proven client development, planning and relationship management experience.
• Leadership ability with mentoring and team-building focus.
