As Managing Director, you will build and lead a team of seasoned financial advisors, recruit and mentor peers, foster a high-performance culture, and help shape the firm's future growth, while continuing your own client work within the firm's supportive

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
