WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director role. This position is ideal for an experienced advisor who has built a personal practice and is ready to lead a team, focusing on both personal growth and advisor development.

As Managing Director, you will build and lead a team of experienced advisors, while continuing your own client work. You will recruit, mentor, and foster a high‑performing culture to shape the firm's future growth,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held)
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
