Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available).
• Proven success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with mentoring and building high‑performing teams.
• Business‑driven mindset with a long-term growth vision.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
