Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven Managing Director to lead and grow a high-performing advisory practice in Louisiana. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced advisor who has built a personal practice and now seeks leadership responsibility.

As Managing Director, you will build and lead a team of advisors, continue your client work, recruit and mentor peers, and foster a high-performance culture to shape the firm's future growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
