WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a seasoned Managing Director to lead and grow its advisor team in Denham Springs, LA. The role combines continuing your own client work with recruiting, mentoring, and developing a high‑performance culture aligned to the firm’s long‑term growth.

You’ll leverage the firm's 175+ years of history, infrastructure, and brand strength while shaping your leadership style and driving personal and team development across the practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
