Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director to lead a team of experienced financial advisors while maintaining your own client practice. You will recruit, coach, and develop advisors, fostering a high-performance culture and shaping the future growth of the firm.

With the backing of a firm with deep history and brand strength, you’ll have the freedom to grow your practice, implement your leadership style, and drive strategic initiatives across the advisor organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
