Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director who will lead a growing team of financial advisors while maintaining your own client practice. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic growth, and developmental mentoring in a firm with deep history and strong brand support.

You will recruit, coach, and empower advisors to elevate client outcomes and practice performance. The right candidate has 3+ years in financial services, active life/health licensing, and ideally FINRA Series 6/7

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available if not held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
