You will recruit, mentor, and foster a high-performance culture to drive future growth, leveraging the firm’s long history and resources to expand your leadership impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
