Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• Leadership ability with mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of financial advisors while continuing personal client work.
• Recruit, mentor and coach advisors to grow the practice.
