You will recruit, develop, and retain top talent, shaping the firm’s growth trajectory and leadership style within a 175-year strong brand. This is a leadership-centric opportunity for growth-minded professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
