Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor to assume the Managing Director role and lead a growing team of advisors. You will maintain your own client practice while driving recruitment, mentorship, and a high-performance culture across the firm.

You will shape the firm’s growth strategy, leverage the firm’s history and infrastructure, and provide leadership that aligns with your vision for scalable wealth management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
