Job summary

Blue Owl Capital in Chicago seeks a Managing Director to head FP&A for its Real Estate business. You will build and lead the FP&A function, develop scalable models, and provide strategic financial insights for decision-making across the organization.

You will guide budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to executives and boards, partnering with Accounting and IR, and mentor a growing FP&A team while advancing REIT metrics and capital structure analysis.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of FP&A, corporate finance or related experience with real estate exposure.
• Prior public REIT experience is strongly preferred; investment banking or PE can be considered.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and experience supporting earnings processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and multi-year planning for real estate assets and corporate functions.
• Develop property-level and consolidated models covering revenue, costs, capex and debt service.
• Create rolling forecasts, KPI dashboards and investor-facing analyses for earnings.
