The role emphasizes modernization through automation, AI, predictive modeling, and enhanced reporting capabilities, with global scope and leadership of a talented team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline.
• MBA/CPA/CFA/CMA or similar designation preferred.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership teams.
• Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership, actionable insights, and decision support to drive growth and profitability.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and enterprise performance management reporting.
• Oversee BI, dashboards, and analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A and analytics team.
