Job summary

Booking Holdings is seeking a Head of Finance Transformation & Data Analytics to build and lead a new Finance Operations & Data Analytics function for its B2B business. Reporting to the CFO, you will architect data, analytics, AI, and scalable finance processes to enable a multi-billion-dollar operation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in FP&A, finance transformation or related disciplines; background in a 1B+ public company preferred.
• Experience leading finance data modernization initiatives and enterprise-wide analytics programs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; Six Sigma or Lean and Project Management credentials are a plus.
• Strong governance, data stewardship, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the finance data and analytics strategy for the newly established B2B operating segment.
• Establish a centralized, trusted repository for financial and operational data supporting reporting, planning, forecasting, and analytics.
• Define and govern enterprise finance KPIs, data rules, metric hierarchies and data lineage for consistent reporting.
• Lead AI-enabled finance automation and forecasting across processes and executive reporting.
• Build and lead a high-performing Finance Operations & Data Analytics organization with clear career paths.
