Job summary

Pinterest is building a world-class US sales team dedicated to Financial Services, with you shaping the strategy and leading a multi-level organization. You will drive revenue growth, defend core relationships, and partner with Product, Measurement, Insights, and Finance to align plans with Pinterest's broader strategy and AI-enabled planning.

You will be in the office at least 2 days per week in New York or Chicago, with regular travel to meet clients.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in digital advertising, media, platform sales or related industry.
• 5+ years leading managers and multi-level teams.
• Experience in Financial Services with advertiser needs across banking, cards, payments, lending, insurance, fintech.
• Experience in revenue strategy, business planning, forecasting and pipeline management for large sales org.
• Experience building relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal executives.
• Demonstrated experience using AI to improve planning and analysis.
• Strong integrity, ownership, and collaborative leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for Pinterest’s Financial Services advertising business in the US.
• Drive revenue growth across a large, high-visibility business while defending core relationships and scaling fintech growth.
• Establish senior client relationships and partner with C-level, marketing and operating leaders.
• Translate market dynamics and client needs into account priorities and go-to-market plans.
• Use data, forecasts and trends to improve pipeline quality and operational excellence.
• Lead and develop a multi-level team across locations with clear performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Product, Measurement, Creative, Insights, Sales Strategy & Operations and Finance to influence roadmap priorities.
• Use AI to accelerate planning, synthesize inputs and improve execution quality.
