WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking an accomplished Managing Director to lead a growing team of financial advisors while continuing your own client practice. You will shape strategy, recruit top talent, and mentor peers to build a high-performance culture across the firm.

With the firm’s 175+ years of history and strong brand, you’ll have support and infrastructure to scale your practice, develop your leadership style, and drive long-term growth for both clients and advisors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available if not held).
• Proven success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
