Baker Tilly seeks a Managing Director for the Family Office practice in the Dallas area. This leadership role focuses on delivering advisory and accounting services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, managing complex engagements, and expanding client relationships across services.

The ideal candidate has extensive UHNW experience, strong GAAP expertise, and a robust regional network of attorneys, bankers, and wealth advisers to drive growth and trusted advisor status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA preferred; JD or MBA encouraged.
• 12+ years in accounting, advisory or family office services.
• Experience serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families and family offices.
• GAAP expertise with partnership structures and fund management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Drive strategic growth of the Family Office practice in the Dallas market.
• Maintain long-term trusted advisor relationships and cross-service collaboration.
• Represent Baker Tilly in the Dallas business community and cultivate partnerships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand client engagements.
