Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CPA eligibility preferred.
• 3 years of progressive accounting experience.
• 2+ years of professional services experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and QuickBooks.
• Strong project management and client service skills.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger and post journal entries; coordinate monthly close.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements with workpapers.
• Review accounts payable and oversee GL staff.
• Coordinate payroll with Family Office payroll team.
• Manage and reconcile bank, brokerage, and credit card accounts.
• Oversee year-end reporting and 1099 preparation.
• Assist with quarterly and annual tax packages and client inquiries.
