Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CPA eligible preferred.
• 3 years of progressive accounting experience.
• 2+ years of professional services experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
• Strong project management and client service skills.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Provide multiple clients with a range of accounting and administrative services.
• Manage full accounting processes: GL, journal entries, monthly close, budgets, and financial statements.
• Review accounts payable and GL accounting functions.
• Coordinate payroll with clients and Family Office payroll team.
• Manage and reconcile bank, brokerage, and credit card accounts; oversee staff.
• Oversee year-end reporting and 1099 preparation.
• Assist in quarterly and annual tax packages and supporting documents.
