TruStage is seeking a Managing Director to lead the Investment Management external platform, expand the sub-advisory program, and drive partnerships with asset managers. The role reports to the CIO and shapes initiatives that grow external assets and net investment income.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in investment management, CFA preferred, and a track record of building scalable external management capabilities within a financial services or insurance setting.

Formación

• Graduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• CFA strongly preferred.
• Significant investment experience across multiple asset classes.

Responsabilidades

• Build, grow and lead the external management and sub-advisory program end to end.
• Oversee manager searches, due diligence, IMAs and fee structures.
• Develop multi-year plans to grow externally managed assets in line with asset allocation.
• Design governance frameworks, research capabilities and reporting for scale.
• Expand external manager roster across new and existing asset classes.
• Chair the SAIC and monitor performance and compliance with guidelines.
