Job summary

TruStage is seeking a leader to coach and manage advisor teams across a designated territory, driving revenue growth and recruiting top talent. You will align with TWMS standards, partners, and credit unions to deliver compliant, high-quality member experiences.

The role requires travel up to 75%, strong leadership, and FINRA license requirements. Compensation reflects base salary plus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7 years in financial services (TPM or bank/credit union investment programs preferred).
• 3–5 years leadership experience.
• Proven skills in leadership, communication, presentation, collaboration, persuasion, C-suite interactions, strategy and execution, employee engagement, relationship building, culture development, team building, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Manage Advisor Team productivity to sales and territory plans.
• Coach advisors on developing relationships within the credit union program and ensure branding consistency.
• Recruit, hire and retain managed financial advisors and teams across the district.
