Role: Managing Director

This role involves managing client assignments, networking, and business development activities.

Responsibilities:

• Attracting and securing new business opportunities in expert witness and strategic consulting
• Growing the Electrical Engineering practice by recruiting talented staff
• Mentoring and developing Electrical Engineering staff
• Managing project execution and budgets

Requirements:

• Proven track record in business development and an existing client base
• Professional degrees and approximately 10 years of experience:
• PhD or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science & Engineering
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience testifying in deposition, trial, arbitration, or hearings
• Strong report writing and analytical skills
• Excellent listening, verbal, written, technical, and presentation skills
• Leadership desire and ability to support practice growth
• Willingness to travel as needed
