Job Details

We are seeking an experienced HNW Tax Manager to join our remote team. This role involves working with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients, providing tax planning and compliance services. The position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax planning and compliance services to HNW and UHNW clients
• Review tax returns and workpapers prepared by staff and senior associates
• Manage client relationships and ensure excellent service
• Develop and mentor staff and senior associates
• Stay current with tax laws and communicate changes
• Assist with business development and marketing efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• CPA certification
• Minimum 3 years of tax experience with HNW/UHNW clients
• Strong technical skills in tax planning, compliance, and research
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Leadership and mentoring skills
