Responsibilities

• Build and lead a national asset management regulatory compliance practice.
• Define target client segments, service offerings, delivery models, pricing, and growth roadmap.
• Develop recurring and project-based compliance offerings, including outsourcing and regulatory filings.
• Own pipeline, bookings, revenue, utilization, engagement economics, and profitability metrics.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing compliance team.
