Charles Schwab is seeking a Managing Director, Advisor Services Group to lead a large, multi-site advisor service organization, delivering strong advisor satisfaction, business outcomes, and employee engagement across ASG Network and ASG Teams.

The role will balance near-term execution with long-term transformation, including digital adoption, capacity planning, and process improvement to scale the advisor experience. Strong leadership and regulatory acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in financial services or a regulated client-facing environment.
• Experience leading through managers and senior leaders with measurable outcomes.
• Strong judgment, decision-making, and risk assessment abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large, nationally distributed advisor service organization across ASG Network and ASG Teams.
• Advance the service model toward proactive, scalable, digitally enabled, relationship-oriented support.
• Translate strategy into clear priorities and operating rhythms for Directors, Managers, and Service Professionals.
• Build high-performing leadership teams and develop future leaders.
