Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Managing Director, Advisor Services Group to lead a large, nationally distributed advisor service organization that supports a broad range of firms and advisors across ASG Network and ASG Teams.

The role focuses on transforming the service model to be more proactive, digitally enabled, and relationship-driven, while building strong leadership teams and delivering measurable business results in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in financial services or a highly regulated client-facing environment.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading through managers and senior leaders, building accountability and addressing performance gaps.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence across functions and levels.
• Series 7, 63, 9/10, or 24 required or to be obtained within the required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large, multi-site advisor service organization across ASG Network and ASG Teams.
• Advance the service model toward proactive, scalable, digitally enabled, relationship-oriented experiences.
• Balance near-term execution with long-term transformation including digital adoption and capacity planning.
• Develop leadership teams, hire ahead of the curve, and close capability gaps for future growth.
• Drive alignment across teams, partners, and enterprise stakeholders to deliver superior advisor experiences.
