Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in financial services and advisory operations.
• Proven ability to manage large, multi-site teams through change.
• Experience leading through managers and senior leaders with accountability.
• Ability to translate business strategy into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Strong judgment, risk assessment, and decision-making under uncertainty.
• Experience operating in a regulated environment with controls and compliance.
• Executive presence and ability to influence across functions.
• Series 7, 63, 9/10, or 24 required or to obtain within timeframe.
