Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation in the United States is seeking a Director to lead the Alliance team, guiding senior managers across multiple locations to deliver exceptional advisor and client experiences.

You will drive strategic initiatives, mentor leaders, ensure regulatory readiness, and partner with cross-functional leaders to advance Schwab’s mission while maintaining a high standard of integrity and accountability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people leadership experience, preferably within financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• Licensing: Series 7, 63 or 66, 9 & 10 or 24 required.
• Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team with multiple Senior Managers in multiple locations to meet Advisor and client needs.
• Demonstrating ability to lead, influence, engage and build consensus with executives and staff.
• Developing leaders through coaching, career development, and motivation.
• Leading and influencing excellent client experience results and identifying opportunities.
