ERM is seeking a Managing Consultant, Transaction Advisory (Mergers & Acquisitions) to join our growing team across the United States. In this strategic role, you will work closely with, and work with broader ERM teams to advise infrastructure investors, private equity firms, investment banks, financial institutions, and energy companies on critical investment decisions, helping them identify risks, uncover opportunities, and make informed choices. Working alongside ERM Partners and specialists across the globe, you will play a key role in expanding our Consulting Due Diligence offering while delivering meaningful value to clients navigating complex transactions.

ERM’s Transaction Advisory team is experiencing significant growth, serving a robust client base that includes Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, and global corporations. As a Managing Consultant, Due Diligence (EHS/ESG) in our New Jersey + New York / Houston, TX / New Orleans, LA office, you will play a pivotal role in delivering ESG and EHS due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and portfolio assessments—helping clients navigate complex sustainability challenges and seize opportunities in a dynamic market.
For the Managing Consultant, Transaction Advisory position, theanticipatedannual base pay is $102,300–$128,300(USD) . Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay subject to the sole discretion of ERM and its policies and procedures (casual and fixed term/flex force employees arenot bonuseligible).
