Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Managing Consultant for the Commercial Healthcare Advisory team. You will work with clients to measurably improve operational, financial, and clinical outcomes using data-driven workflow redesign and process improvement in hospitals, health plans, or physician groups.

You will lead engagements, manage projects, and develop proposals while expanding consulting skills through client interaction and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years’ relevant work experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to measurably improve operational outcomes through performance improvement strategies.
• Lead data and business process analyses, project management, and deliverable creation.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and administrators to implement improvement opportunities.
