Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide legal leadership across Core Ventures and US Oncology Network regulatory programs.
• Advise on healthcare regulatory frameworks including anti-kickback, Stark, HIPAA and state laws.
• Lead and develop a legal team, allocate work, and supervise attorneys.
• Drive legal operations improvements, including AI-enabled tooling and templates.
