Salary: excellent commission & benefits per annum

This position is for a managing consultant, working remotely in Chicago focusing on contract insurance recruitment. As the second hire in the Chicago location this is an incredibly exciting role which will allow you to be an integral part of building our future Chicago physical office.

About you

• 3+ years' experience in professional services recruiting
• Must have new business development experience and a strong track record in establishing new contracts with clients and revenue/billing
• Must have a strong work ethic and self-motivation (especially given this is a remote position to start)
• Ideal experience would be within contract / temp recruiting but non-essential
• Must be commercially minded and have the ability to spot business opportunities
