Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee the daily operations of a hospital unit in Idaho Falls. You will manage staffing, ensure high-quality patient care, and drive compliance with clinical policies to meet facility objectives.

The role requires RN licensure, a Bachelor's degree, and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with ACLS to be obtained within the first week of employment.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

What qualifications you will need:
  • (RN) Registered Nurse
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 1+ year of applicable experience
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date
