Job summary

HCA Healthcare's Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls seeks an RN to join our float pool, delivering patient-centered care across departments. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards and ensure positive clinical outcomes.

Required qualifications include RN licensure, ACLS/BCLS within specified timeframes, and a nursing degree. We offer comprehensive benefits, retirement plans, tuition support, and opportunities across a national network.

Qualifications

  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 60 days of start date.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." The RN serves as an advocate for patients/families/caregivers and models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

What qualifications you will need:
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
  • (RN) Registered Nurse
  • Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree
  • Occasional/ Intermittent Required
  • Required Years of Experience < 1 Year or more
