Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Training, or Human Resources required.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience or an equivalent combination.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work in a Christ-centered ministry environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the Workforce Development Department.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff; evaluate performance.
• Develop programming and events to support mission goals.
• Build partnerships with area employers and training providers.
• Conduct labor market research and report to leadership.
