New Hope Ministries in Hanover seeks a caring, professional individual to assist the Center Manager with daily operations. This is a full-time, hourly position focused on screening for aid, casework, and outreach, with leadership responsibilities and Spanish/English language assets.

The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a calling to serve in a faith-based community setting.

Qualifications

• Requires at least a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
• Strong human service and interpersonal skills are required.
• Must have good managerial and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Center Manager in daily operations of the Hanover office.
• Screen low income individuals and families for food, housing, and utility assistance; provide casework and educational instruction to promote self-sufficiency.
• Manage dedicated volunteers and handle community outreach duties.
• Demonstrate leadership, social work skills, and a desire to help neighbors in times of need.
