Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Manager, Oracle Data & Analytics to lead delivery across the Oracle data stack in our Consulting practice. You will drive architecture, data modeling, and analytics solutions for client engagements, ensuring alignment with the KPMG SDP offering.

You will manage engagements, collaborate with clients and offshore teams, develop documentation and training materials, and stay current on Oracle features and industry trends while upholding KPMG's professional work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of recent experience with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) across Finance, Supply Chain, or HCM.
  • Experience with Oracle AIDP and ADL preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MIS preferred.
  • PM skills to manage onshore analysts and offshore development teams; knowledge of ERP/HCM/SCM a plus.
  • Excellent communication to lead analytic requirements and strategy meetings.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Job description

KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Oracle Data & Analytics for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle AI Data Platform (AIDP), and Oracle Autonomous Data Lakehouse (ADL) to support our Smart Data Platform offering, following the KPMG approach to meet and exceed client requirements
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on Oracle FDI, AIDP, and ADL architecture, data modeling, and best practices in support of the KPMG SDP offering.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, data sources, and analytic and AI requirements
  • Design and develop custom data marketplace, data products, and analytics & AI solutions using Oracle tools
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams, while staying updated on the latest Oracle features, enhancements, and industry trends, and collaborating with KPMG functional teams to understand the impacts of business processes
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) across one or more of Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Capital Management subject areas; experience with Oracle AI Data Platform (AIDP), and Oracle Autonomous Data Lakehouse (ADL) is preferred.
  • MBA or MIS from an accredited college or university is preferred. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Project management skills to address tasks, deliverables, issues, risks and management of onshore analysts and offshore development team; understanding or implementation experience of Oracle SaaS modules and general business processes across either ERP, HCM, or SCM a plus
  • Excellent communication skills to lead and facilitate Analytic requirements and strategy meetings with a proven track record of leading successful Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence implementations from concept to completion; able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment
  • Ability to travel as needed
