Designer Jobs in Walnut Creek, CA, is seeking a Manager, Visual Design to lead an in-house visual design team and shape how complex business objectives are expressed through clear storytelling and high-level art direction.

You will mentor designers, maintain brand consistency, and drive a future-facing practice by adopting AI-assisted design and collaborating with marketing, content, video, and email teams to ensure integrated campaigns with pixel-perfect execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field + 4 years experience, or High School diploma + 8 years visual design experience.
• 5 years of management experience.
• Diverse demo reel showing high-end production value and ability to create effective quick-turn marketing content.
• Strong multi-faceted portfolio showing leading multi-channel campaigns with sophisticated corporate branding.
• Ability to balance business objectives with pixel-perfect detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, translating design concepts for creative teams and ROI for stakeholders.
• Expert command of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma; understanding of marketing automation and project management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Guide development of the brand system and assets, including brand guidelines site oversight.
• Provide high-level art direction across visual assets for brand consistency and polished execution.
• Lead visual design practice with a future-forward approach using emerging skills and tools like AI-assisted design, interactive media, and new collaboration platforms.
• Supervise and mentor a team of visual designers, building a culture of learning, inspiration, and accountability.
• Own capacity and capability planning by aligning team strengths with project needs.
• Translate business requirements into visual strategies for Line of Business stakeholders.
